The American University of Kuwait (AUK) proudly served as the academic partner and venue sponsor for the 10th edition of LOYAC’s KON for Social Entrepreneurship, hosting its closing ceremony at AUK’s Theater.
In collaboration with Babson College, the KON program has empowered Kuwaiti youth for a decade by promoting leadership, social responsibility, and innovation. This year, it brought together young participants, sponsors, and community leaders for four weeks of intensive training and project development.
AUK provided an academic setting where participants presented nine entrepreneurial projects addressing social issues through sustainable solutions, covering environmental, educational, health, and cultural needs.

Mr. Paul Bassil, AUK's senior director, highlighted the program's transformative impact on youth through experiential learning and social responsibility, preparing them to drive positive change.
Ms. Futooh Al-Dallali from LOYAC celebrated the program's decade-long success as an incubator for ideas and creativity, emphasizing the importance of investing in youth for sustainable impact.
AUK’s role as an academic partner aligns with its commitment to entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth empowerment, supporting Kuwait Vision 2035. Hosting KON reinforced AUK’s mission to connect education with community impact.
AUK continues to expand partnerships like LOYAC, fostering innovation and preparing youth for a sustainable future.
