AUK Students Explore Innovation and Cybersecurity at Burgan Bank

As part of its ongoing collaboration with the KIPCO Group, Burgan Bank recently welcomed students from the American University of Kuwait (AUK) to its headquarters for an immersive learning experience.

The students participated in a structured rotation program across various departments at the bank’s main branch, gaining hands-on exposure to key banking functions. The visit included informative sessions on cybersecurity and fraud awareness, in line with the Central Bank of Kuwait’s "Diraya" campaign and Burgan Bank’s ongoing efforts to promote financial literacy and digital safety.

The Innovation and Digital Transformation team at Burgan Lab also introduced the students to the Generational Methodology – the Bank’s forward-thinking approach to innovation. Through this interactive workshop, the Bank aimed to inspire young minds to play an active role in shaping a future filled with opportunity and positive change.

This initiative reflects Burgan Bank’s commitment to empowering youth and supporting the development of future leaders in Kuwait’s financial sector.
