Confirming its commitment to human capital development and preparing national calibers for leadership roles
Burgan Bank celebrated seven talents graduating from the “Strategic Leadership in the Age of Financial Sustainability” program by Harvard Business School, part of the Central Bank of Kuwait’s Kafa’a initiative. This initiative, in collaboration with Kuwaiti banks and the Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies, aims to develop skilled national cadres in finance.
The ceremony included senior Burgan managers and representatives from CBK and participating banks. Burgan's support aligns with its human capital development strategy and the national Kuwaitization program.

The graduates were part of the ‘Visionary Leaders’ stream in Burgan’s Ro’ya program, aimed at preparing leaders for sustainable growth and positive change. Ro’ya also includes streams for Future Leaders, Rising Leaders, and Transformational Leaders, tailored to different career stages.
