Burgan Bank, as a platinum sponsor, participated in the fourth edition of Watheefti, Kuwait’s largest national career fair, alongside 120 top employers, engaging over 40,000 candidates. The event, held at The Arena under the patronage of HE Mr. Abdulrahman Badah Al-Mutairi, featured more than 14 sectors, making it a vibrant talent-oriented conference.

Mr. Naqeeb Amin, General Manager – Human Resources and Development, highlighted the Bank's commitment to developing national talent in line with Kuwait Vision 2035 and maintaining high ESG standards. Burgan Bank's participation allowed it to connect with young professionals whose ambitions align with its strategy for innovation-led growth.
During the fair, Burgan Bank offered instant job opportunities to high-potential participants and shortlisted candidates for further interviews, showcasing its belief in young Kuwaiti talent. Mr. Abdulwahab Jamal Abdulraheem, Executive Manager – Talent Acquisition, emphasized the importance of career fairs in Burgan's talent strategy, focusing on digital transformation and new financial technologies.
