The package includes reduced working hours, a concierge program for daily task management, and a wellbeing program with a personal assistant for mental, emotional, and physical health support.
This initiative highlights the HR department’s role in fostering a nurturing work culture with flexible policies that address employee needs and promote a balance between work and family life, enhancing job stability and loyalty.
