Burgan Bank has partnered with SAP to implement SuccessFactors, a comprehensive human resources management system, as part of its strategy to become the most modern bank in Kuwait. This collaboration highlights the Bank's commitment to creating a motivational workspace and enhancing operational efficiency through digital transformation.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Fadel Abdullah, CEO of Burgan Bank, and Mrs. Sundus Bushahri, Managing Director of SAP Kuwait, with executives from both organizations present.
Mr. Barrak Jassem Al-Mattar, General Manager of IT at Burgan Bank, emphasized that adopting SuccessFactors is crucial for the Bank's digital journey, aiming to provide employees with advanced tools for their growth. Mr. Ali Hussain Akbar, Deputy General Manager of HR, noted that this system will elevate the Bank's HR infrastructure, supporting employee career growth and aligning with the Bank's excellence strategy.
Ms. Bushahri added that this deployment focuses on modernizing HR processes and fostering a future-ready workforce. This partnership reaffirms Burgan Bank's dedication to leveraging global digital solutions and enhancing the work environment.
