Burgan Bank Turkey Leads the Future with the InnovaClub Corporate Innovation Program

Burgan Bank Turkey has reached a significant milestone with the launch of the InnovaClub Corporate Innovation Program, designed to foster a culture of innovation and equip employees with the skills required for the future. More than just an innovation initiative, InnovaClub aims to establish a sustainable culture of innovation across Burgan Bank Turkey. Structured around Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies, the program enables employees to develop agile, creative, and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
The program officially kicked off on January 16 with a Launch Day event. Throughout the process, employees received extensive mentorship and training to support problem identification, idea development, prototyping, and testing phases. Over an intensive eight-week period, entrepreneurial teams worked diligently to develop innovative solutions.
On March 13, the Evaluation Committee convened to review submissions, selecting six teams to advance to the final round from a pool of thirteen shortlisted projects.
At the Demo Day event held on May 27, these six finalist teams presented their innovative business ideas to the jury. Following thorough evaluations, three teams earned the opportunity to continue their journey in corporate entrepreneurship.
