Burgan Bank has been awarded the “Best Client Service” at the MENA Banking
Excellence Awards 2025, organized by the Middle East Economic Digest (MEED), for its exceptional client-first culture in the “Client Service & Relationship Management” category. Mr. Meshari Shehab, General Manager – Private Banking and Wealth Management, accepted the award on behalf of Burgan Bank, highlighting the bank's focus on client satisfaction through empowered relationship managers and advanced digital capabilities.
Burgan Bank was chosen after a rigorous evaluation of MENA industry leaders, praised for its high client satisfaction score, dedicated relationship manager model, and responsive service. The bank invests in staff training and client feedback to enhance the private banking experience. The MEED award follows other accolades, including recognition at the 12th Arab Awards for Excellence in Wealth and Credit Management in Kuwait, and multiple awards at the Global Private Banker MEA Awards 2024. Burgan Bank also received the 2024 Visa award for “Best-in-Class Premium Active Cards Growth in Kuwait.”
