Kamco Invest acts as Financial Advisor for Kuwait Fixed Telecommunications Network Development Project

Kamco Invest, a leading regional financial advisor, guided the Kuwait Fixed Telecommunications Network Development Project, a major digital infrastructure initiative. The project agreement was signed by the Ministry of Communications, the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP), and Beyon Group, the winning bidder.
The project aims to establish a modern telecommunications network, supporting the digital economy, cloud services, AI, and smart cities, with investments over KWD825mn. Kamco Invest was pivotal in marketing, tender preparation, financial evaluation, and negotiations, ensuring a sustainable financing and operating structure.
Mr. Abdullah M. AlSharekh, Managing Director of Markets and Investment Banking, highlighted Kamco Invest’s role in advancing Kuwait’s digital infrastructure and public-private partnerships, showcasing their expertise in handling complex projects.
This project underscores Kamco Invest’s growing influence in strategic advisory services and public-private partnerships, leveraging their experience in complex transactions like the privatization of Boursa Kuwait.
