Kamco Invest and PGIM Sign MoU for Strategic Partnership

Kamco Invest, a major non-banking financial entity in the Middle East, and PGIM, a leading global investment manager, have signed a memorandum of understanding to form a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to leverage their combined expertise in wealth and asset management.

The partnership will explore joint product development and co-branded investment solutions across public and private markets, including equities, fixed income, sukuk, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure. It seeks to combine PGIM’s global investment capabilities with Kamco Invest’s regional market access and distribution reach. They will also consider pursuing regional and global mandates from institutional and sovereign clients.
Additionally, PGIM and Kamco Invest plan to engage in knowledge sharing, including market insights, research, and best practices, through training and professional exchanges.

Mr. Faisal M. Sarkhou, CEO of Kamco Invest, expressed excitement about the collaboration, emphasizing its potential to enhance investment offerings and meet the evolving needs of institutional and high-net-worth clients in the GCC region.
PGIM, managing approximately US$1.5 trillion in assets, offers a wide range of investment solutions and serves a diverse client base globally. Mohammed Abdulmalek, Head of the Middle East for PGIM, highlighted the partnership’s aim to deliver differentiated solutions by combining strengths in public and private credit, real estate, and alternative asset classes.
Sarkhou concluded that the partnership will benefit Kamco Invest’s clients and those of its parent company, Burgan Bank, by expanding wealth management capabilities and investment solutions. The MOU signifies Kamco Invest’s commitment to enhancing its offerings through strategic global partnerships.
