Kamco Invest board recommends name change to “Burgan Capital Investment Company”
A strategic milestone in the Company’s continued evolution

Sheikh Talal Ali Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah: The Company will continue to operate under its established governance framework while remaining listed on Boursa Kuwait

Mr. Faisal Mansour Sarkhou: The proposed rebranding is a natural next step in this journey and provides a platform to further develop these opportunities under a more unified identity
Kamco Invest, a major regional non-banking financial firm, announced its Board of Directors recommended changing the company name to “Burgan Capital Investment Company,” pending General Assembly approval and regulatory procedures. This change follows Burgan Bank’s acquisition of a majority stake in Kamco Invest and signifies a strategic milestone in their collaboration, aiming to enhance integrated banking and investment services. The rebranding strengthens Kamco's position within the Burgan Bank ecosystem, fostering growth and improving client experiences. Despite the rebranding, Kamco will maintain its governance structure, operating independently on Boursa Kuwait, with a commitment to shareholder rights and corporate governance. Chairman Sheikh Talal Al Sabah emphasized the rebranding as a step towards sustainable growth, while CEO Faisal Mansour Sarkhou highlighted the focus on client benefits and operational efficiencies. The name change awaits General Assembly approval and regulatory procedures, with further announcements to follow.
