The 2025 theme is inspired by natural systems, emphasizing growth and adaptation to create balanced, self-sustaining environments. This aligns with Kamco Invest's ESG approach, which embeds sustainability into all functions for sustained impact.
In 2025, Kamco Invest demonstrated disciplined performance, with assets under management rising 3.9% to USD16.5bn. Investment banking transactions increased to 14, with their total value up by 43% to USD7.0bn. New client funds rose by 25% to USD1.5bn. Local procurement reached 61%, strengthening the local economy and market ecosystem. These results highlight Kamco Invest's growth and operational scaling.
Socially, Kamco Invest expanded its talent development and community engagement. The internship program grew to 79 participants, and collaborations with local universities enhanced student workforce readiness. Kuwaitization reached 51%, with Kuwaiti new hires at 61%. The company also promoted female participation and leadership, underscoring its commitment to inclusion and diversity.
