United Facilities Management (UFM) has renewed the ISO 41001:2018 certification for the second time, reaffirming its position among Kuwait’s leading facility management service providers. This milestone reflects UFM’s commitment to international standards across soft services, maintenance, property management, and business support.
The certification renewal followed a comprehensive external audit that validated the company’s operational efficiency and technical excellence, while also highlighting its ability to continuously improve and deliver advanced, high-quality services.
On this occasion, Mr. Ibrahim Abdul Latheef, Acting CEO of UFM, stated:
“Our commitment to quality and sustainability forms the foundation of our strategy and the primary driver for delivering a fully integrated facility management experience. Guided by our motto ‘Your Facility, Our Priority,’ we place the client at the center of every development and improvement process, ensuring the preservation of their facilities and strengthening trust.”
Mr. Abdul Latheef emphasized that this achievement enhances UFM’s competitiveness in both the Kuwaiti and regional markets, adding to the company’s record of global accreditations. UFM remains one of the few service providers in Kuwait and the GCC to consistently maintain these certifications across multiple cycles.
Founded in 2007, UFM is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Real Estate Company (URC), part of KIPCO. Today, it manages diverse property portfolios and delivers comprehensive services including security, cleaning, maintenance, and waste management — embodying its promise: Your Facility, Our Priority.
