United Real Estate Company Announces Strategic Partnership with WeCare for Hessah HEALTH 1

United Real Estate Company (URC) has partnered with WeCare Medical & Healthcare Company to develop and operate Hessah HEALTH 1, a medical clinics tower in Hessah District. This collaboration underscores URC's commitment to high-quality healthcare developments through strategic partnerships. Hessah HEALTH 1 will offer accessible healthcare facilities with specialties such as dermatology, dentistry, and mental health, focusing on patient experience and international standards of care.
Mr. Sulaiman Al Asaker, URC's Chief Property Management Officer, announced that Hessah HEALTH 1 is set to be operational by the end of Q1 2026, with leasing already underway. Mr. Fawaz Khalaf, CEO of WeCare, emphasized their mission to provide efficient, professional healthcare services, aligning with the "New Kuwait 2035" vision to enhance healthcare quality.
Hessah HEALTH is part of a broader strategy within Hessah District, including the upcoming Hessah HEALTH 2, to meet the demand for premium medical destinations. WeCare, established in 2017, operates 62 clinics and medical centers, showcasing its expertise in developing quality healthcare environments.
