United Real Estate Company Launches Kuwait’s First Nobu Luxury Serviced Residences and Restaurant at Hessah District

United Real Estate Company (URC), the real estate arm of KIPCO Group, announces its partnership with Nobu Hospitality the global lifestyle brand and Dhaliliyah Company (the exclusive partner of Nobu hospitality in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait), to bring the first Nobu residences and restaurant to Kuwait at Hessah Plaza, a vibrant, walkable retail and dining destination within Hessah District Project. The development will feature 90 exclusive luxury serviced residences, a ballroom and a signature Nobu restaurant with sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf.
