URC Appoints Mishari Al-Muhailan as Acting Group Chief Executive Officer

United Real Estate Company (URC), the real estate arm of Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO), announced today the appointment of Mr. Mishari Suleiman Al-Muhailan as Acting Group Chief Executive Officer, effective 28 September 2025.
URC stated that Al-Muhailan brings over 23 years of local and regional experience in the real estate development sector, in addition to more than 12 years of service with the company. During his tenure, he has served on the boards of several of its subsidiaries operating across different business sectors.
Al-Muhailan joined URC in 2013 and has since progressed through various leadership roles, culminating in his appointment as Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations. In this capacity, he played a key role in shaping and implementing strategic plans and driving development initiatives.
